Domestic Gas Engineer

We are looking to recruit highly motivated domestic gas engineers.
You must have at least 3 years experience, be Gas Safe Registered and have a full UK driving licence.
A company vehicle is provided and you must be prepared to work throughout the North West and be part of an ’on-call’ system.
We offer competative rates of pay.
Please note that Enhanced CRB clearance will be required for this position.

Electrician

ref: ELEC1
Time served electrician required with a minimum of 5 years experience to cover general day to day electrical faults on schools, shops, and other commercial buildings. Installation experience essential as will also be required to carry out larger project works such as refurbishements, new installations and upgrades. Driving licence essential as is a full checkable work history. You will also be required to undertake CRB Clearance and work as part of an on-call system. Rates of pay negiotiable dependant upon experience.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a time-served, self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised electrical supervisor who wants to progress their career, lead by example and become a permanent member of a successful team.

The supervisor will be working Monday to Friday, 8.00-17.00 and main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Issue permits to work.
• Manage client relationships to ensure that they are kept to a high level.
• Ensure all PPM’s, Project and Reactive Works are carried out on time and on budget.
• Deal with any reactive issues in an effective manner.
• Report directly into the contract manager with any major issues that arise.
• Dealing with sub-contractors when required.
• Cost work and issue quotations
• Proven track record of achievement in a commercial, client facing role.

Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Fully electrically qualified to City and Guilds level.
• 16th or 17th Edition.
• Previous experience in a building services environment.
• Previous experience of working in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and method statements.
• Excellent customer facing skills and extremely client focused.
• Able to manage and supervise junior team members.
