During a two year period Link carried out;
Reactive and planned maintenance to the hotel suites, function rooms, catering and kitchen areas, leisure, gym, pool and spa. Including compliance works; fixed electrical testing, emergency lighting servicing, fire alarm servicing and HVAC.
Upgrading to hotel rooms and function suites including replacement windows, decoration, fire and building regulation compliance.
Extensive refurbishment to Multiple gym and cardio areas (14 rooms) including structural alterations, wall, floor (specialised gym flooring) and ceiling finishes, M&E (air conditioning and ventilation), remedial tanking and damp proofing to spa.
