Barry has over 30 years experience in the Construction and Facilities management industry after joining Link Contracting as an Apprentice Electrician in 1992. Over this time Barry has worked in all areas of the business on projects large and small and has gained valuable experience in all fields of work delivered by Link. In Barry’s spare time he enjoys keeping fit and spending time with his family.

Phil has worked in the building maintenance industry for over 25 years starting out on the tools as a Joiner. Over the years Phil has worked on a variety of building maintenance contracts, gaining invaluable experience and progressing his career from foreman Joiner to Senior Contracts Manager. Phil has managed and overseen a wide range of both planned and responsive maintenance contracts in both the Public and Private sectors. This has provided Phil with the knowledge and adaptability to deal with the challenges and complex issues that the industry faces on a daily basis. Phil is an approachable and committed leader, who strives to find continuous improvements within the maintenance team to deliver the best customer satisfaction possible. In his spare time Phil likes to spend time with his family and enjoys most sports, during the summer months he plays cricket and helps coach the junior teams for his local club.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in finance, having worked in practice for many years before moving into the telecoms industry as a Finance Director. Ian joined Link in 2024, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of business and accounting finance, having looked after clients in construction, property, manufacturing, retail, and the services sector. As an FD, Ian has led corporate transactions on both the purchase and sale side and has worked with family businesses and large PE backed corporates, giving him the commercial insight to help drive growth and realise potential while ensuring that statutory obligations are met. Outside of work, Ian would love to play more golf when not being kept busy by his three young children.
