With almost 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to Link. He has a diverse commercial background, spanning roles from buyer to quantity surveyor. This has provided him with an extensive understanding of all aspects of commercial management. Having successfully led and delivered numerous multi-million-pound projects, Joe possesses strong commercial awareness but also valuable operational insight, allowing him to support colleagues in both commercial and operational challenges.
In his leisure time, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his twin boys, whether it's at the pool or on the football field. He also finds time to relax and connect with friends on the golf course.

Mike Thelwell
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
With over 27 years’ experience in the Compliance and Planned Preventative Maintenance industries, Mike is the go-to for all things compliance. A skilled manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for all aspects of commercial and residential buildings.
Mike takes a proactive approach constantly researching new legislation and standards within the industry, whilst keeping his own certifications current. In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his family, visiting theme parks. When he has spare time away from his children Mike enjoys watching his lifelong favorite team play football.

Lee Tucker
HEAD OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Beginning his career as an apprentice electrician, Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and maintenance industry. During his time at Link, Lee has transitioned from a qualified electrician to contracts manager and now is responsible for heading up the Technical Services department.
Lee is a valuable member of the Link family and continually strives to uphold our core values. During his spare time Lee enjoys the occasional sea fishing trip and spending time with his family.
