Phil Wright

Phil has worked in the building maintenance industry for over 25 years starting out on the tools as a Joiner. Over the years Phil has worked on a variety of building maintenance contracts, gaining invaluable experience and progressing his career from foreman Joiner to Senior Contracts Manager. Phil has managed and overseen a wide range of both planned and responsive maintenance contracts in both the Public and Private sectors. This has provided Phil with the knowledge and adaptability to deal with the challenges and complex issues that the industry faces on a daily basis. Phil is an approachable and committed Manager, who strives to find continuous improvements within the maintenance team to deliver the best customer satisfaction possible. In his spare time Phil likes to spend time with his family and enjoys most sports, during the summer months he plays cricket and helps coach the junior teams for his local club.
