- Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly.
- Meet clients, assess work, and produce quotations /estimates and deliver within budget. Also, to provide an advisory service and to develop effective relationships with client representatives.
- Be responsible for the management & recruitment of all labour resources, including Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades, to ensure completion on time and within budget.
- Manage all health and safety on site to include toolbox talks, undertaking regular site safety inspections and post inspections. Reviewing RAMS to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Help market the services of company to generate more work & income, Assist in the planning the future growth of the company, alongside Managers & Directors.
- To help to develop, monitor and manage programmes of work to ensure successful delivery of projects to timescales and to develop future programmes of work.
- Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system.
- Ideally trade back ground.
- Have a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Quoting/ estimating experience required.
- Experience of working in reactive maintenance
- Solid background in building maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across all levels.
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment, including multi-tasking, problem solving and working independently.
- IOSH – Desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of using a range of IT packages to communicate with all parties to contract. Fully conversant with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and a willingness to learn other systems
- Reliable and punctual, ability to manage own time and workload

- The role is office based with site visits approx. 65/35 split.

- Salary: 40k to 45k dependant on experience
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00am-17:00pm
- Holidays: 22 days per annum, plus 8 Bank Holidays, increases with service to a Max 25
